Creating Confidence
We don’t enter the world with it, not everyone has it all the time and we could all do with more. What are we talking about – self-confidence! Self-confidence is the belief in our own abilities, qualities and judgements. Without self-confidence we can constantly worry about what others think of us, doubt our ability to cope with situations, become overly anxious, worry about making a mistake and generally play it safe to avoid failing or doing it wrong. Is that living your great life? I don’t think so. The good news is we can grow confidence – it’s a learned thing and we can learn to have more of it. We can build up courage, strength and belief in ourselves so we can do anything that we want to do. We can accept ourselves warts and all and be compassionate and kind to ourselves. Our workshops and 1:1 sessions help you to do just that. We look at-

Overcoming Anxiety
Everyone feels a bit anxious or worried from time to time - it’s normal to feel worried about something say at work or an upcoming event. But for some people it can take over and impact so much of their life. It can be paralysing and exhausting – if you are someone who has anxiety you will know how much power it can have over you.
People can experience anxiety in different ways – it can be specific to a situation or event in the case of fears of phobias or it can be broader in the case of generalised anxiety. Symptoms include sleep problems, restlessness and excessive irrational worry, irritability, difficultly concentrating …. The list goes on. Anxiety can zap us of energy and is often irrational and hard for the person to explain. If you have anxiety is it time for a change?

Facing Fears
Is there something that you really want to do but you just can’t make yourself take that step? Do you feel scared, anxious, nervous about it? We all have fears – things in life we are scared of doing. Often times we can’t explain why we are scared but nonetheless that fear stops us in our tracks. It can cause frustration, anger, guilt, sadness – all kinds of emotions. So why can’t we do anything about it? Well you can – you just need a bit of help and support. Lifting your mood
Dealing with things that come up in our lives can leave us feeling down and low. These feelings often times go away but if they don’t and the low mood remains it can impact all areas of your life – your work, your relationships, your home life. For anyone that has felt like this you will know that it becomes a bit of a cycle – you do less as you feel less like it and it feels difficult if not impossible to break out of it. You are not alone and there are ways to support and help you. This workshop helps you find ways to manage your mood and take control.

Health and Wellbeing
Life is too short to diet. We also know diets don’t work in the long-term – they just lead to feelings of guilt and more often than not the weight goes back on with a little bit extra for good measure. Diets can cause people to obsess about food and make you feel deprived. We take a different approach which focuses on increasing energy levels and feeling healthy and good about yourself. We knows it’s about feeling in control and really enjoying food – for some this sounds inconceivable – it’s not I promise! Our workshops and 1:1 sessions help you to
