Everyone feels a bit anxious or worried from time to time - it’s normal to feel worried about something say at work or an upcoming event. But for some people it can take over and impact so much of their life.  It can be paralysing and exhausting – if you are someone who has anxiety you will know how much power it can have over you. 
People can experience anxiety in different ways – it can be specific to a situation or event in the case of fears of phobias or it can be broader in the case of generalised anxiety.  Symptoms include sleep problems, restlessness and excessive irrational worry, irritability, difficultly concentrating …. The list goes on.  Anxiety can zap us of energy and is often irrational and hard for the person to explain.  If you have anxiety is it time for a change?
